CSHB 306(RES) is under Unfinished Business. HB 306 Representative Johansen moved and asked unanimous consent that the House consider the Senate message (page 2519) on the following: CS FOR HOUSE BILL NO. 306(RES) "An Act declaring a state energy policy." and SENATE CS FOR CS FOR HOUSE BILL NO. 306(FIN) am S (same title) There being no objection, it was so ordered. 2010-04-18 House Journal Page 2521 Representative Johansen moved that the House concur in the Senate amendment to CSHB 306(RES), thus adopting SCS CSHB 306(FIN) am S, and recommended that the members vote yes. The question being: "Shall the House concur in the Senate amendment to CSHB 306(RES)?"
